  • All refined carbohydrates are hazardous to you
  • Artificial sweeteners of all kinds are not good for you
  • All vitamins and supplements are NOT created equal

_ Diet Food really does taste bad. True Healthy food is good.

_ Healthy food is easier in the long run.
